A very interesting report Jean. Since my business is devoted to personal and professional development for female business owners and executives (which includes leadership training), I am particularly interested and look forward to reading the report in full.
I suspect this inequity in leadership training for female executives is one of the contributing factors to the reason women are turning to entrepreneurship -- women start businesses at twice the rate of men.
