Downtown Learning Center proposed for OKC by Pat Potts

There is an excellent "Point of View" column in today's Oklahoman authored by Oklahoma City community leader Pat Potts. She proposes the idea of a downtown learning center "that provides year-round, full-day care and education opportunities from birth through adulthood." This center would include a day care center based on the Oklahoma City Educare facility. The Potts Family Foundation promotes early childhood development but this proposal goes beyond to address other innovations is education as well. It is worth a careful read (click here to view article).
