Oklahoma Leads the Nation in Early Childhood Education

Education begins at infancy -- brain research shows it. So Oklahoma is investing in early childhood education -- i.e., focusing on children from birth through 8 years of age. The Educare Center facility in Tulsa is a state-of-the-art childhood center; there is an Educare Center in Oklahoma City now, too.
