With Governor Mary Fallin's recent signature, a new Oklahoma law takes effect that empowers the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to call out deadbeat parents. Specifically, DHS can now publish a list of delinquent or missing parents who owe child support. This list can include names, photos, last know addresses and the amount of child support owed. Should make for interesting reading, huh?!
