Carolyn Pickthorn (left), 2002 N.E.W. Leadership graduate, has worked for Mary Fallin and, more recently, for the Oklahoma House Republican PAC, has started her own consulting firm and is doing fundraising for political candidates. With her is Jill Irvine, Associate Professor in OU's Religious Studies Program and Director of OU's Women's Studies Program. (I had not heard that Betty Harris has stepped down from that post.) Behind them is OU's Hannah Brenner who, with Cindy Simon Rosenthal, runs the Carl Albert Center's Women's Leadership Program and who hosted theevening's events.

N.E.W. Leadership Fundraiser at Oklahoma History Center
